Gelato & Sorbet Menu

All our Gelato is sourced locally from the Maleny Food Co.
Gelato is the name for Italian style ice cream, which tastes far richer and creamier than regular ice cream because it is churned at a lower speed incorporating far less air.
Sorbets are made using the same techniques, only these are water based and are entirely dairy free.
Maleny Food Co make all their gelato on-site following traditional artisan techniques using small batch sizes and hand stirring through many of the flavour ingredients.
Our gelato is made with 100% Maleny Guernsey milk, collected fresh daily from the family farm.
Guernsey milk is high in A2 milk protein which is gentle on the stomach and easier to digest than other milk proteins. It also contains three times as much Omega 3 (the good fats) than other milks.
Maleny Food Co only uses natural stabilizers and fresh flavour ingredients such as nuts, fruits, and chocolate to create our range of delicious flavours, sourcing ingredients locally wherever possible.
True to tradition, we serve our gelato at a slightly warmer temperature than ice cream so that the texture stays silky and smooth and the flavours are more intense.
Maleny Food Co gelato contains nuts, and gluten. Whilst we take serious steps to minimise the risk of cross contamination we cannot guarantee that our products are safe for people with peanut, tree nut, milk, soy, egg or wheat allergies.
